KC Services began offering small business bookkeeping over 10 years ago. After working with small businesses as an accountant/financial manager for a vendor, I quickly learned that many small businesses rely on friends or even themselves to handle operations and administrative tasks.

This often resulted in owing vendors lots of money or becoming behind on payroll and bills. One day a customer I’d come to know well outside of work asked for help understanding his business’ finances. I asked him to email me over ledgers and what he sent was a mess. It took two months to get his books in order, in that time I called vendors and customers Reconciled accounts and processed refunds.

He asked if I could take on the task of helping him regularly and some of his friends who also owned businesses. KC Services was born! We’ve recently decided to go remote and add a few more clients to the business. We look forward to building a relationship with you.
